做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
