做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
