做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
