做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
