做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
