做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
