做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
