做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
