做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
