做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
