做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
