做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
