做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
