做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
