做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
