做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
