做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
