做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
